• Poor grammar
• Including the site / company name in the description (it should already be in the title).

We will not accept site that do not adhere to the following the following:

• Site must not contain any parts under construction
• Sites must be in the English language (or have an English version available);
• Site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Sites that have no google page rank (Gray Bar);
• Sites that use redirects to another URL;
• Sites that include, constitute, or promote illegal content;
• Sites of a pornographic nature 
• Sites selling drugs or pharmaceuticals 
• Sites that are "mirror sites." "Mirror sites" contain identical content, but different URL's
• Sites that contain mainly affiliate links;
• Sites considered poor quality by the reviewing editor;

Failure to follow the above guidelines WILL result in your site being rejected.
